Terms of payment
E-shop
You can only pay for your order online using the LiqPay payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard).
Wholesale orders
For large orders and new partners we work on the basis of 100% advance payment.
Regular partners
Partners who have signed a contract with us have the advantage of paying only 30-50% of the advance payment upfront, and can also take advantage of deferred payment
for 30-45 days.
Terms of delivery
Delivery is made to the branches of your chosen carrier. The cost of shipping is borne solely by the buyer according to the carrier’s tariff.
Small orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day. For large volume (pallets) – the method of shipping to a specific address is selected. The delivery time of the shipment then depends on the specific carrier.
In case you cannot find the most suitable branch, the store manager will help you with the selection. You can call the phone number to speak to the store manager or you can also write in the order notes that you need help with the selection and the store manager will get back to you.
Guarantee and return of goods
You can return the goods within 14 days (not including the date of ordering) if the goods are not of adequate quality or do not correspond to the order. Unsuitable goods are goods with an expired expiry date or goods with a defective seal.
Returns and exchanges can only be made by prior agreement with our manager.
We will return or exchange your goods within 2-3 working days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse. Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Our products are analyzed at the harvesting stage. The honey undergoes three stages of control.

Our products have no shortcomings in terms of production technology. The quality, safety and naturalness of the honey is confirmed by certificates.
Thanks to our unique Austrian packaging, the product remains liquid for a long time and does not crystallize.
The honey is packed on modern high-tech equipment purchased in Germany and shipped already from the factory in Pustominy.
